Our store and these terms

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of mojianzi.com, operated under the name Mojianzi. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting terms. Nothing here is a blanket consent to advertising or nonessential cookies.

Shopping eligibility and account details

You must be at least 18, or the age required to enter a binding contract where you live, to place an order. An authorized adult may purchase for a minor. Provide accurate payment, delivery, and contact details, safeguard any account credentials, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You may not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with security, or infringement of others' rights.

Products and information

Product pages describe the item offered, including available specifications, options, and included components. Check dimensions and compatibility before ordering. Display settings can affect apparent color, but this does not excuse supplying a materially different or misdescribed item. Images of accessories do not make them part of the purchase unless the listing includes them. We do not claim that every item is manufactured by us or that a third-party brand endorses our store.

Orders, availability, and errors

After you order, we provide an order acknowledgment. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, information requires verification, or there is a material listing or pricing error. We will not impose a higher price on an existing order without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order as agreed, we will offer an appropriate choice or cancel and refund it promptly. Order screening must not be used to delay refunds or defeat mandatory consumer rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is free. Applicable taxes and the complete amount payable are shown before you confirm payment. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. See the Payment Policy for authorization, billing, and refund details. We do not authorize anyone to request an undisclosed off-site payment to release your order.

Delivery, returns, and refunds

We ship only within the United States, with free standard shipping and no minimum order. Order handling takes 1-2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 3-6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We accept unused items and items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We pay return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges. Refunds are to be credited to your original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned goods.

The detailed shipping and refund policies form part of the terms for your purchase. Unshipped-order cancellation and statutory delay remedies are not conditioned on receiving a return.

Safe and intended use

Follow the product instructions, warnings, care guidance, and intended use. Keep tools and small components away from children where appropriate. Product descriptions do not replace professional advice in medical, safety-critical, or regulated matters. This clause does not remove our responsibility for defective or misdescribed goods.

Intellectual property and feedback

Content and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the store for personal shopping, but may not copy protected content for unauthorized commercial use or misrepresent an affiliation. You retain ownership of feedback you submit and permit us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to the submission. Public reuse of identifiable customer content requires an appropriate lawful basis or permission. Nothing in these terms prohibits honest reviews or lawful criticism.

Website availability and third-party services

We take reasonable care with store information and operation, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond reasonable control. Payment, hosting, and delivery providers support the service. Their involvement does not eliminate our obligations as your seller. External links are provided for relevant information, not as a blanket endorsement.

Warranties and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes an applicable implied warranty, a non-waivable consumer remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by law, including applicable duties concerning product descriptions and fulfillment. We do not require a waiver of claims for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or other protected rights as a condition of shopping.

Resolving concerns and applicable law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue, but doing so is not a waiver of a legal remedy or complaint right. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky and applicable U.S. federal law, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your state of residence. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a restriction on a forum that applicable law makes available to you.

Changes and severability

Updates apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. The purchase terms in effect at the time of an order govern that order; later changes will not retroactively reduce its return or refund rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not remove a right on another occasion.
